About

Full-stack software and systems engineering grounded in electrical engineering and practical workflow design.

What I build

I am a full-stack software and systems engineer who builds complete, maintainable systems rather than isolated interfaces.

My work connects product interfaces, APIs, data, cloud infrastructure, security, and operational workflows so the whole system remains understandable and useful.

Electrical engineering was my training and first career. I began programming independently while working in engineering, then transitioned professionally into software in 2020.

Since then, my responsibilities have expanded across full-stack development, cloud systems, cybersecurity, internal tooling, automation, and the operational details that connect them.

AI & Software Engineering

I have followed AI and machine-learning research for roughly 15 years and have experimented firsthand with major modern model families and coding tools as they became available. I pay close attention to where models perform well or fail, how context affects output quality, and which tool is appropriate for a task.

In software development, I use AI within explicit engineering controls: scoped tasks, visible diffs, automated tests, acceptance criteria, documentation, and human review. The objective is faster iteration without surrendering accountability for architecture, security, maintainability, or correctness.

How I Work

I start with the real workflow, define the boundaries, and keep implementation accountable to observable behavior.

01

Understand the workflow

I trace the real sequence of work, the people involved, and the exceptions before choosing an interface or architecture.

02

Find the system boundaries

I map data contracts, dependencies, permissions, infrastructure, and failure modes so each part has a clear responsibility.

03

Build for repeated use

I favor dense, predictable tools with reusable modules, useful defaults, and room for the next workflow without a rewrite.

04

Validate the behavior

I use unit and integration tests, Jest, pytest, Playwright browser workflows, regression checks, visible diffs, and explicit validation of AI-assisted changes.

05

Use automation without surrendering ownership

Tools and coding agents can accelerate implementation and investigation; architecture, review, testing, integration, and final responsibility remain mine.

Toolbox

The useful part is not any one framework. It is being able to connect interfaces, services, data, infrastructure, and operations into one maintainable workflow.
